Weightlifting has been a sport since early 1900s. It has since been considered an Olympic sport but also to the like of many everyday non-competing athletes. It ranges from repetitive technical movements to lifting heavy weights in a particular way. Great for those who are perfectionists and wish to excel at a particular movement as it consists of practising very few movements.
Whether you just want to perfect your form and learn something amazing or commit to a competition, weightlifting is beneficial in many aspects. It has been shown to improve muscular form, strength and mental capacity.
